2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 379, 506, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner inflicted knife blow on the head of son of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as a matter of fact, son of informant had kidnapped the sister of the petitioner, for which, mother of petitioner lodged Pipra P.S. Case No. 388 of 2023 against the informant side and in retaliation and to create a defence, this false and concocted case has been lodged. The injury allegedly caused by this petitioner is simple in nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 389 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
