The petitioner namely Birendra Kumar Singh is in custody since 01.08.2016 in Begusarai Town P.S. Case No.353 of 2016 under Sections 419, 420, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of Bihar Conduct Examination Act. According to the allegation, this petitioner was found giving examination in place of Mukesh Kumar in the test examination for the post of constable.

Considering the nature of allegation and that the petitioner is in custody since 01.08.2016, I direct that the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like
