2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 86 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 447, 448, 341, 323, 325, 307, 354, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, lodged on 25.04.2024 by the informant, Niru Kumari.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that she had just returned to home after attending marriage with her family members that the petitioner alongwith others entered armed variously and immediately resorted to assault, allegation against this petitioner is of using sharp cutting weapon on Manoj Kumar badly injuring him. The others also assaulted and snatched some amount which followed the F.I.R.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case though the case of the accused side are of later part, the petitioner is young and having no criminal antecedent, as such, deserves relief.
5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail and has taken this Court to learned Sessions Judge observation where injuries have been incorporated as wound on left lower jaw bone 5" X 1" X 2" and the doctor has found to grievous in nature.
6. Considering the submissions as also the kind of allegation/injury report of Manoj Kumar, certainly, relief cannot be extended to him.
7. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
