The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No.106 of 2017 registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 406 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

This is the third attempt for grant of pre-arrest bail by the petitioner in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No.106 of 2017 registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 406 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code. His application for grant of pre-arrest bail was earlier rejected vide orders dated 14.02.2017 and 02.05.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. Nos.50306 of 2017 and 24748 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70379 of 2018(2) dt.21-12-2018 2/2 2018 respectively. There is no fresh ground for consideration of the application preferred under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

In that view of the matter, I see no reason to take a different view of the matter.

The application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender and seek bail. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Md. S/- U T
