The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the State University Service Commission/respondent no.2 in the selection made for the post of Assistant Professor (English) pursuant to advertisement dated 21.09.2020 have not taken into account the petitioner's experience certificate submitted by him, as a result of which, the petitioner has not been selected by the Bihar State University

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Bihar State University Service Commission has submitted that the selection process for the post of Assistant Professor (English) pursuant to advertisement dated 21.09.2020 has been concluded and result thereof has also been published on 08.03.2025.

4. The aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the Bihar State University Service Commission has not been controverted by learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. The record reveals that the present writ petition has been filed on 24.03.2025 without impleading any of the candidates selected for the post of Assistant Professor (English) by the select list dated 08.03.2025.

6. Under the circumstances, I am of the view that the relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition cannot be granted to the writ petitioner in the present form and content the writ petition has been filed.

7. Accordingly, the writ petition is hereby dismissed on the ground stated above.
