JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 307, 147, 148, 149, 341, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant alleges that two groups were fighting with each other. Some one informed that firing had also taken place. The informant does not state that he saw any of the persons resorting to firing.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today the above named petitioners be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43787 of 2015 (2) dt.14-10-2015 2 / 2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- (Five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Ghoshwari P.S. Case no. 03 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. with the condition that the petitioners would report to the nearby police station once, every two months.
