Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 47(A) of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

In huge quantity bottles of Indian made foreign liquor are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner and it is alleged that petitioner managed to escape from there. Petitioner is in jail custody since 10.08.2016 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that above stated recovery was

No.44805 of 2016 (3) dt.29-11-2016 2/2 made from a joint house, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R.K.
