The petitioner seeks bail in Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 63 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 366 (A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that victim girl has given statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C. wherein she has stated that she had voluntarily gone with this petitioner. She has not levelled any allegation of overt act against the petitioner in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67508 of 2018(2) dt.26-11-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S.
