The petitioner seeks bail in Ghorasahan P. S. Case No. 556 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

In the written report, it is alleged that police had gone to execute the process under section 83 Cr.P.C. issued against accused Awadhesh Sah in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. case no. 492 of 2017 under Section 302/34 of the IPC. It is further alleged that during course of search police has recovered 11 pieces of cartridges from the house of this petitioner. Seizure list is part of the FIR from which it appears that cartridges have been recovered from inside the house of

Seizure list does not contain the signature of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 21.8.2018. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran, in connection with Ghorasahan P.
