2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 183 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 317(5), 318(4) , 338, 336(3) and 340(2) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to be driving a motorcycle of which the registered number plate was changed.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 22.12.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner was not found on the motorcycle in question and the seizure list has not been

6. Learned APP for the State has opposed the application of the petitioner.

7. Considering the facts of the case and the submission of the parties, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 183 of 2025.

9. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
