7.5 litre of foreign liquor of Indian made were seized from the possession of the petitioner and for that petitioner happens to be under custody since 06.10.2016. As per para-3 of the petition, petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner Rohit Kumar Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Prosecution Case No.C-7/311 of 2016.
