2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 381 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2024 and he is accused in seven more cases.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
