JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 21/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act. 25 grams of heroin was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 20.08.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail after completion of nine months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Siwan/Successor Court, in
