2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 435, 384, 427, 504/506 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code, sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and sections 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioners exploded petrol bomb upon the vehicle of the informant as a result of which Scorpio vehicle of the informant burnt. They also threatened the informant and his brother for giving evidence in the case against the petitioners.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners were in Jodhpur, Rajasthan
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25930 of 2023(5) dt.25-09-2023 2/2 on the date of occurrence vide annexure 2.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the petitioners are named in the FIR with specific allegation that they exploded petrol bomb upon the vehicle of the informant as a result of which his Scorpio vehicle burnt.
6. Considering the nature and gravity of allegation, prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashi/- U T
