JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Near about 132 liters Indian made foreign liquor, kept in various bottles, was recovered from railway quarter no.6/129 and petitioners are said to have been caught from the aforesaid railway quarter.

Submission on behalf of the petitioners is that the aforesaid railway quarter does not belong to the petitioners and petitioners are resident of different locality and, as a matter of fact, they were caught on mere suspicion with an intent to give clean hand to real culprits.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44836 of 2016 (2) dt.18-10-2016 2/2 Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Excise Case No. 240 of 2016.
