Mr.A.G ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 19-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioner is in custody in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 52 of 2020 for the offence under sections 400, 401, 402, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code 20,20 N.D.P.S. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel submits that similarly circumstances other co-accused, namely, Pankaj Kumar and Rajeev Kumar have been granted bail by different coordinate benches of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be

No.20398 of 2020(2) dt.19-06-2020 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Ahiyaur P.S. Case No. 53 of 2020 subject to the condition that on release the petitioner shall render his service as volunteer in dedicated Covid-19 hospital for a period of one month.
