Challenging the proceedings in the departmental enquiry to the extent of non-grant of document, the writ petition was filed. However, now from the counter affidavit filed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8127 of 2011 dt.19-08-2017 2/2 respondents, it is seen that the departmental enquiry has been concluded and punishment has also been imposed upon the petitioner. That being so, now this petition, which was filed during the pendency of the enquiry, has been rendered infructuous. The petitioner may challenge the final order passed in the departmental enquiry after its conclusion.
