Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A,25(1-A),25(1AA), 25(1-AAA)26(2)/35 of Arms Act and 17 C.L.A. Act. Allegation is that firearm was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 25.06.2018. Investigation of the case is complete. Similarly situated co-accused-Mausam Kumar has been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-2. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
