2. The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 90 of 2020 instituted for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the IPC.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 29.11.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20698 of 2021.

4. No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application stands rejected.

6. The learned trial Court is directed to conclude the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21953 of 2023(4) dt.01-12-2023 2/2 trial within six months failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
