Petitioner is languishing in custody in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 69 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. was lodged after Shweta Kumari did not return to her house. The petitioner is suspected to have induced her to go with him to marry with the petitioner. The victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stated that the petitioner has forcibly took her on a vehicle to a temple and insisted for marriage, when she refused she was allowed to go back and nothing else was committed by the petitioner. Submission is that matter is of love affairs.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Darbhanga/Successor Court, in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No.69 of 2015.
