The petitioner seeks regular bail in Excise (Mahkar) P.S. Case No. 118/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a)(d) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. 02 litres of Mahua wine and 75 K.G. of swelled Mahua was recovered from the backside of the house of petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has got clean antecedent. She is in custody since 28.07.2018.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the
