2. With the consent of the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

3. In the present writ application, the petitioners have prayed for grant of following relief:-, "(a) For issuance of a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the Respondent Board to consider the Objections raised by the Petitioners through the Official Portal in Secondary Teacher Eligibility Test (STET)- 2025 conducted by Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB).

(b) For a direction to Respondent Board to publish/ provide the Revised Answer Key by correcting the wrong answers of the questions and deleting the wrong questions and providing marks to the Petitioners for each wrong questions.

(c) For a direction to publish the Revised Result/ Score Card of the Petitioners by taking into consideration of the Objections raised by the Petitioners and after rectifying the anomalies in the evaluation process of the said test.

(d) For any other order/orders in shape of consequential relief to the petitioners may be found to legally entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the instant case."

After advancing some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for seeking the aforesaid reliefs, the petitioners are prepared to file separate representations before the Examination Controller, Bihar School Examination Board (respondent no.5), and prays that if such representations are filed, appropriate direction be issued to the respondent no.5 to dispose of the representations within a fixed time-frame, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.

5. To the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned counsels appearing for the respondent-Bihar School Examination Board and the respondent-State do not have any objection.

6. Considering the limited nature of the prayer made by the petitioners, this writ application is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioners to file separate representations before the Examination Controller, Bihar School Examination Board Patna, within one week from today and if such representations are filed within the stipulated time, the Examination Controller, Bihar School Examination Board, Patna shall dispose of all the representations within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the representations, after giving an opportunity of

6/6 hearing to the petitioners.

7. Needless to emphasize that the final order, which shall be passed by the Examination Controller, Bihar School Examination Board, Patna, should be a reasoned and speaking order.

8. With the aforesaid observation/direction and liberty granted to the petitioners, the present writ application stands disposed of.
