2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for initiation of contempt proceeding against the contemnors/opposite parties for their willful disobedience of the order dated 03.08.2023 passed in CWJC No. 336 of 2021."

3. The show cause of the opposite party is on record and learned State counsel has taken this Court to paragraph no.3

Patna High Court MJC No.1045 of 2024(5) dt.07-05-2026 2/2 which read as follows:

"3. That it is further submitted that the Secretary to the Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna vide letter no.-214 dated 22.05.2025 intimated the Special Secretary, General Administrative Department, Bihar, Patna that for the period 09.03.2016 till 31.03.2017 and 01.04.2017 till 09.01.2024, the difference of payment amounting Rs.3,10,484/- and Rs.52,05,019/-respectively has already been paid to the petitioner vide office order No 185 dated 09.05.2025 of commissioner office, Patna Division, Patna after admissible deductions to the bank account of the petitioner.

4. In that background, granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate the matter, if any grievance still remains, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
