18-01-2017 Heard Sri Raj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail, in view of order dated 29-09-2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40812 of 2016. By the said order, while rejecting the prayer for bail of the petitioner, this Court had granted liberty to the petitioner to renew prayer for bail after two months. The petitioner is in custody in K.Hat P.S. Case No. 264 of 2016, registered for offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Keeping in view the nature of accusation as well as the fact that liberty was granted in earlier petition (i.e. Cr. Misc. No. 40812 of 2016) to renew prayer for bail after two months,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52935 of 2016 (3) dt.18-01-2017 2/2 there is no reason to further detain the petitioner. Let the petitioner namely Manir @ Maniruddin @ Md. Manir be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 264 of 2016 (G.R. No. 1954 of 2016).
