In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No.18 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Section 429/34 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 27 of the Arms Act and under Section 11(L) of the Cruelty to Animal Act Allegation has been made against the petitioners that they have slitted the neck of Nilgai. As on today, there is no prohibition with respect to killing of Nilgai. Looking to the aforesaid fact, let the above-named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18314 of 2017 (4) dt.19-08-2017 2/2 arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-5th, Saran at Chapra in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No.18 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
