2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .
3 . As per the prosecution case , on 29.04.2024, while informant and others went to Hari Nagar Bazar and when they were coming back on account of previous dispute , all the F.I.R., named accused persons along with 2 unknown accused persons along with this petitioner armed with weapons assaulted son of informant with iron rod due to which he sustained head injury and become unconscious. It is further alleged that accused persons also snatched gold Hanumani worth Rs. 30,000/- from him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R., there is allegation against 3 accused persons who assaulted son of informant with iron rod. Doctor has found only one injury upon head of the injured which was found simple in nature . This case is counter version of Nanpur P S Case No. 196 of 2024 in which the petitioner was witness. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the nature of injury , clean antecedent and circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM Pupri Sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P.S. case No. 197 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
