The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304-B, 201/34 Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation against the Petitioner in the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No.627 of 2015 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
