The petitioner is accused in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 149 of 2015 registered under Sections 302, 201, 120B and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of J.M. Ist Class, Masaurhi, Patna. Admittedly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merit vide order dated 18.02.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57091 of 2015 by this Court. No any fresh ground has been raised in the present petition to reconsider the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42609 of 2016 (2) dt.07-12-2016 the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
