JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 08-02-2021 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Amas P.S. Case No.150 of 2019 and N.D.P.S. Case No. 03 of 2019/53 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(c) and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 02.08.2019.

Considering the fact that 120 Kg. Ganja was recovered from possession of the petitioner, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to him. Prayer for bail is rejected.
