The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 08.02.2012 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.4176 of 2012 for extending the period of surrender in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No.61 of 2011, pending before the learned CJM, Saharsa.

On the ground mentioned in the modification application, let the date of surrender be extended by two weeks calculated from the date of receipt or production of copy of the order.

Accordingly, the modification application is disposed of.
