JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 26-11-2021 The present petition has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video Conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of Covid 19 pandemic, requiring social distancing.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.P.P. for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner vehemently argues that the evidence in the case has commenced and the witnesses have alleged that it was Birendra who assaulted the victim but after some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this case as the learned counsel for the informant had submitted that a co-ordinate Bench had directed the learned court below to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of six months.
