2. The present application has been filed seeking modification of paragraph no. 3 of the order dated 24.12.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 88394 of 2025 on the ground that though the petitioner was stated to have a clean antecedent, upon verification, one criminal antecedent has been found against him.

3. Since the modification sought is not clerical or formal in nature but goes to the merits of the earlier order, the present application for modification is not maintainable.

4. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25762 of 2026(2) dt.08-05-2026 2/2 liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh bail application disclosing the correct antecedent(s), if so advised.
