Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lakhanour (E.S.O.P.) P.S. Case No. 203 of 2016 registered under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no occurrence as alleged took place. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Even the seizure list does not bear the signature of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8433 of 2017 (2) dt.28-02-2017 2/2 to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, in connection with Lakhanour (R.S.O.P.)
