====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 06-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Araria P.S. Case No. 467 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 384, 385, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the written report there is general and omnibus allegation that petitioner along with co-accused Mahesh Kumar and Manish Kumar gave threat and made demand of Rs.50,000/- from the informant. Counsel for the petitioner has annexed Annexure-2 and submits that on the alleged date of occurrence i.e. 12.7.2018 the petitioner was not produced before the court below on account of his illness and on his behalf time petition was filed. The rest two accused persons were produced before the court below.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72882 of 2018(2) dt.06-12-2018 2/2 Petitioner is said to be in custody since 20.7.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 467 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
