The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kiul Rail P.S. Case No. 153 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a)/26(II) of the Arms Act. The allegation against the petitioner is that a pistol was recovered from the bag of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case, he is in custody since 29.09.2016 and charge-sheet has already been submitted. Heard the learned APP also.
