2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 16.11.2017, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 223 of 2017, G.R. No. 7409 of 2017 for the offence alleged under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code having earlier been rejected by order dated 26.04.2018 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 21477 of 2018.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, I am not persuaded to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner at this stage. The bail petition stands dismissed. The petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
