2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chhauradano (Mahuawa) P.S. Case No. 415 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have killed the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and the petitioner is in custody since 20.01.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge has not already been framed on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Raxaul, East Champaran at Motihari/concerned Court below in connection with Chauradano (Mahuawa) P.S. Case No. 415 of 2023.
