ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar State Bridge Construction Corporation as well as learned counsel for the State. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Corporation that the payments of admitted dues have been made in accordance with the direction passed by this Court and, therefore, nothing more remains.
Patna High Court MJC No.264 of 2015 (8) dt.16-02-2018 2/2 On the last occasion, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought for an adjournment to file a rejoinder which has not been filed today.
However, considering the fact that the admitted dues of the petitioner stand paid, the Court does not intend to proceed further in the contempt matter.
The present application stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue other claims which may be tenable under law.
