ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-05-2016 Supplementary affidavit filed today stating therein that the matter has now been settled, be kept on record. The petitioner hands over a Demand Draft of Rs. 5 lacs in favour of the Opposite Party no. 2 which the counsel for the Opposite Party No. 2 receives and signs in the margin of the order sheet in token of the same.

In view of such, the parties are directed to appear before the Family Court, Bhagalpur and file a petition under Section 13b of the Hindu Marriage Act for dissolution of marriage within the next three weeks.

In view of such understanding, further proceedings of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51215 of 2014 dt.03-05-2016 2/2 Misc. Case No. 61 of 2012 including the order dated 15.9.2014 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur and the proceedings of Khalgaon P.S. Case No. 431 of 2011 are hereby set aside. The application stands disposed off.
