Four motorcycle borne criminals looted away Rs.89,700/- from informant Md. Wasim on the pretext of firearm, which they used during commission thereof. It is apparent from the case diary that three witnesses have named the petitioner to be one of the culprits. However, he has not been put on T. I. Parade, even after remand from another case. Chargesheet had already been submitted.
For the present, prayer for bail having been made on behalf of petitioner is refused. However, the learned lower Court will release the petitioner on bail to its own satisfaction after examination of the informant. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) Vikash/- U T
