Supplementary affidavit has been filed today bringing on record the death certificate of late Sadhu Chaudhary @ Rambachan Chaudhary.

It has been submitted that in the order dated 18.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45243/2018, it has been mentioned that father shall be the bailor. It is submitted that since at the time of passing of the order, father of the petitioner was already dead, it is prayed that the said order may be modified to the extent that the wife of the petitioner who has sworn supplementary affidavit be made the bailor and the order dated 18.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45243/2018 be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68995 of 2018(2) dt.04-01-2019 2/2 modified accordingly.

Let Usha Devi @ Upa Devi wife of the petitioner Upendra Chaudhary be made the bailor in place of father which has been communicated in condition no. 1 of the aforesaid order.
