The petitioner seeks bail in Bakhri P. S. Case No. 25 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30, 30(a) (d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged in the written report that police received information that few persons have assembled for preparation of illicit country made liquor. On getting this information police arrived at the place of occurrence. It is further alleged that two persons managed to run away. Police seized various articles as mentioned in the seizure list which is part of the FIR. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused merely on suspicion on the disclosure

Petitioner is in custody since 7.2.2019 having no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge-II cum Spl. Judge Excise Begusarai, in connection with Bakhri P. S. Case No. 25 of 2019 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
