Petitioner is languishing in custody in connection with Barhara (Krishna Garh O.P.) P.S. Case No. 216 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Some unknown person committed murder of the brother of the informant. Name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of Manoj Kumar, which would be evident from the impugned order as well as para-8 of the bail petition. Considering the fact that only material against the petitioner is confessional statement of co-accused, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
