Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Maner P.S. Case No. 625 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 354, 380, 452 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he pointed the pistol on the informant and committed marpit. It is also alleged that the petitioner misbehaved with female members of the informant and ransacked his house.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The

In afflux of time, a dispute arose between the sister of the petitioner and son of the informant. Multiple litigations arose due to the said differences between the husband and the wife. Some matters are pending in the Family Court whereas some are pending in the criminal court. No grievous injury is said to have been caused in course of the occurrence. The case has been instituted under the provision of 156(3) of the Cr.P.C.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of Miss Nutan Kumari, learned Judicial MagistrateIst Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 625 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
