The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20/22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985.

About 500 grams of Ganja was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has stated, on oath, that she has got no criminal antecedent. Submission is that recovered quantity was small quantity.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the fact that the petitioner is a female, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond
