JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1 (i) For issuance of a direction to the respondents to grant the pay scale of Rs. 4000 to 6000 to the petitioner w.e.f. date (11.05.2001) of his appointment, the pay scale on which the petitioner has been recommended and appointed vide Memo No. 294 dated 11.05.2001 issued by the Civil Surgeon cum Chief Medical Officer, Supaul after quashing the entry dated 22.08.03, made by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.22124 of 2014(2) dt.12-12-2022 2/2 Incharge-Medical Officer, Pipra (Supaul) in the service of the petitioner.

(ii) Further to grant and pay all consequential benefit including monetary benefits on account of differences of salary as well as arrears of salary." At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Director-in-Chief, Department of Health, Bihar, Patna i.e. the respondent no. 5 for redressal of his aforesaid grievances by filing appropriate representation annexing various orders passed by the Hon'ble Patna High Court, Patna. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
