Mr. Anil Kumar, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 04-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 570 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report it is alleged that informant after withdrawing money from the Bank was returning to her house. In the meantime, two young boys came riding on Motorcycle and snatched purse of the informant and fled away. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. Police has arrested the petitioner merely on suspicion and recorded his confessional statement. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner is in custody since 5.7.2018. He has clean antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70757 of 2018(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna, in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 570 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
