The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 130 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 323, 341, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and informant are own brother and on account of land dispute this occurrence took place where both sides sustained injury. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 21.1.2019.
Considering the fact that there is land dispute between the parties and both sides have sustained injury, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let, the petitioner named
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23184 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sri Abhimanya Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Uda Kishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 130 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors should be family members of the petitioner.
