1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioners have approached this Court for a direction to the respondent authorities for including their names in the recently prepared panel of 2018 and then appoint them on any Class-IV post.

3. It is the case of the petitioners that their names figured in the panel till about 2017, but for no apparent good reason, their names have not been included in the panel of

Patna High Court CWJC No.7538 of 2019(2) dt.06-05-2019 2/2 2018. Representations have been filed by the petitioners before the District Magistrate, Saharsa, which has yet not been responded.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners would be satisfied if they are directed to file a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Saharsa, who in turn be directed to dispose of such representation with a reasoned order.

5. Should such fresh representation, detailing their grievance, be filed before the District Magistrate, Saharsa (Respondent No. 3) by the petitioners within a period of four weeks, the concerned respondent shall dispose it of by a reasoned order, preferably within a further period of eight weeks thereafter.

6. With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed of.
