JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 01-07-2022 Today being Friday, matters are being taken up through virtual mode as per current procedure for hearing. The matter has been listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned' on a slip being filed for disposal of the matter to enable consideration of the petitioner's pending representation
Patna High Court CWJC No.6136 of 2022(2) dt.01-07-2022 2/2 (Annexure 14). Copy of the same has been marked to the Managing Director of the State Food Corporation. Mr. Shailendra Kumar Singh, counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation points out that the copy has been marked to the Managing Director giving an address which is incorrect and therefore it cannot be presumed that the Managing Director has taken notice of the said representation filed by the petitioner. Having said so, he does not object disposal of the writ application to enable consideration by the Managing Director.
In view of the submissions, taken note of above, it would only be proper that the petitioner should submit the representation before the Managing Director. Opportunity is given to the petitioner to include any documents which he may require to place before the Managing Director to facilitate consideration. The representation must be filed within three weeks.
It is needless to say that the petitioner shall pursue the matter before the Managing Director, in accordance with law. The application stands disposed of.
